FAQ

Including the one everybody asks first: what does it cost, and why is there no price list.

How we price

Why is there no price list?

Two businesses send us the same message: “I need a website.” One needs five pages and a contact form that works. The other has been taking bookings on WhatsApp for two years and is describing a booking system without knowing it yet.

A number on this page would be wrong for both of them. So we ask first.

What do I get instead?

A fixed number, in writing, for a scope we both agreed. Not an estimate, and not a range that drifts upward once work starts.

If the scope changes, we tell you before we do the work, not after. There is no second invoice.

Is VAT added at the end?

No. We are not VAT-registered, so the number you are quoted is the number you pay.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer or Mobile Money. Half to start, half on launch. Longer projects are paid in stages agreed in the scope.

Why is discovery paid?

Because it is the work. Mapping how your business runs and deciding what the software must do is most of the thinking on a project. You own the written scope at the end, and you can take it to another developer if you choose.

Will I know roughly where I stand before all that?

Yes, on the first call. You should not have to sit through a process to find out whether this is a project you can afford. And if software will not fix the problem, we will say so rather than sell you something.

Working with us

Who will I actually work with?

Our founder, Rockson Bernard Asare, leads every project and is your point of contact throughout. An AI team handles the research, auditing, drafting and follow-up alongside him, and specialist engineers are brought in when a project calls for them. Every decision that reaches you is made by a person.

How many projects do you take on at once?

A small number. If we cannot start when you need to start, we will tell you in the first conversation, not in the fourth week.

Do you work with businesses outside Ghana?

Yes. We have built for clients in Ghana, the United Kingdom and the United States. We work on GMT, which overlaps the whole UK working day.

Who owns the website or app?

App store developer accounts are opened in your company's name, not ours, so the listing is yours. Ownership of the code, the domain and the hosting is written into the scope before work starts.

What happens after launch?

Nothing, unless you want it to. A website with no care plan keeps working. A care plan exists for businesses that want changes made the same week they think of them.

What do you need from me to start?

A description of the problem in your own words. You do not need a specification. Working out what to build is part of what we do.

Your question not here? Ask it with your project.
