Writing & design
Drafts proposals, emails, social posts and short videos in our house style, ready for a person to approve.
Operations
Checks every weekday morning who is owed a reply, and reviews every campaign each Friday, so nothing is forgotten.
Engineering support
Reviews code, writes tests and prepares deployments alongside the build, so projects ship sooner and break less.
Quality control
Checks facts, links and details against our records before anything goes out. Nothing is sent or published without a person signing it off.
